Operation Heart to Heart - Valentines for Troops

In 2024, members of the Newtown community, BrightPath Newtown Child Care Center, Christ the King Church (CTK) Sunday School, New Milford Junior Girl Scout Troop 40037, Sarah Noble Intermediate School, St. Rose School and Wesley Learning Center helped us collect over 200 letters for this event! We are grateful to Donna Monteleone of American Legion Post 202 and Command Sergeant Major Arthur Fredericks of the Connecticut Army National Guard for ensuring that these letters made it into the right hands.

Join Newtown Youth & Family Services in showing appreciation to our hometown heroes! Say “Thank You” to one of our many soldiers by making a card and dropping it off at NYFS.

Cards will be sent to one or two military units, most likely overseas.
